Terms of Service
Last updated: Oct 20, 2026
Please read these terms before you use PartsPilot.
1. Who we are and what this covers
PartsPilot is software that lets motorcycle-parts shops and garages sell, keep stock and manage their work. These terms are between PartsPilot and the shop or person who opens an account ("you"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use PartsPilot for a company or a shop, you confirm you may accept them for it.
2. Your account
Give true details and keep your password and PIN private. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by the staff you add. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access. We may refuse, pause or end an account that is false, abused or used against these terms.
3. Your shop's data
The sales, stock, customers, staff and other records you enter stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to enter the personal details of your customers and staff, and for telling them how you use them.
4. Plans, trial and payment
A new shop may start with a trial. After it, the plan and price shown to you apply, billed for the period stated. A shop that does not pay moves to a grace period, then read-only, and may later be suspended; nothing is deleted without the notice described in the privacy policy. Prices may change for the next period after we tell you.
5. Online store, payments and couriers
If you switch on the online store, delivery or online payment, you decide the prices, stock shown, delivery fees and what you sell. Payments through bKash, Nagad or other gateways, and parcels through couriers such as Pathao or SteadFast, are handled by those providers under their own terms and with your own keys and accounts. We pass on details needed for the order and are not a party to the sale between you and your customer.
6. Using the service fairly
Do not break the law, send harmful or unlawful content, try to reach other shops' data, overload or probe the service, or resell it without our written agreement. Retail parts and garage work are what PartsPilot is built for.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, and we take backups, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change would seriously harm you we will give notice. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.
8. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, PartsPilot is not liable for lost profit, lost sales or indirect loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid for the service in the three months before it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop at any time and ask for an export of your data. We may end the agreement if you break these terms or do not pay after notice. After the retention period in the privacy policy your data is deleted.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version and a material change will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. For questions use the contact details on our site or the support channel in your account.
